I interviewed Mac Ogrady at the greater Vancouver open. I asked him why he had a feud going with then commissioner dean beman. ' he stole from me' he replied. So blunt but also refreshing.
he had a vibe unlike any other touring pro. was definitely his own man. I got a kick out of him, strutting around all the well coiffed country club types.
I have honestly never heard of him, no surprise since I have only been playing for 3 years now, but what an inspirational story! Never give up on your dreams!

The 16 baseball bats opener is one of the stranger golf stories I've read. Had never heard of Mac O'Grady before this.
